Where do courses happen?
Even though our base is located in Malvern, Worcestershire in the UK (postcode WR14), we drive learning around the world.
We routinely hold courses in Malvern that are open to the public. If you prefer, we can organise private courses at a location of your choosing in the UK or abroad.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an in-person course?
We get it, sometimes things come up unexpectedly and you may not be able to make it to your course. We want to be fair to you while also taking our business’ needs into consideration, including paying our tutors. As a result, we have the following terms for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you give us 31 or more days’ notice:
– If you want to cancel, you will be charged 10% of the total fees
– If you want to reschedule, there will be no charge.
If you give us 8 to 30 days’ notice:
– If you want to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the total fees.
If you give us 7 days or less notice:
– If you want to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 100% of the total fees.
